I would like to have a 10 acre area of my San Diego County to build a skate park so the teenagers can have a fun safe place to go. Skating is not a violent thing. It’s very creative and very much a competive sport. I think the public needs to have a better outlet for our youth to skate. I see so many stores being built and out teenagers just hanging out and being kicked off properties even if they carry thier boards! I don’t think thats fair. Even though I don’t skate I find it better for the youth then being out doing drugs.

I asked my mom if she would let me skate with all the skaters in my town but she said no. How do I convince her to let me skate in town? Oh and by the way, we have no skate park.
